LEARN MORE & REGISTER Summary This two day workshop provides hands-on experience in turning the Incurred Cost Electronically (ICE) model into a company submission. Participants will walk step-by-step through the process of preparing an incurred cost submission for a company with multiple contract types and burden rates. The class case study begins with an exercise for identifying data requirements and reconciliation to accounting records. The case study continues with the setup features contained in the ICE model. Participants will prepare the direct cost schedule, the pool schedules and the allocation base schedules. Participants will prepare the Cumulative Direct and Indirect Costs Claimed and Billed by Contract and Subcontract. LEARN MORE & REGISTER Summary This virtual class series covers the most important choices made by contractors and suggests ways to choose the right approach. Although not oriented towards agency contracting officials, the virtual classes provide valuable insights for them as well. The course covers choices in solicitations and proposals, the understanding of contract types (including Multiple Award Schedules), contract administration (including subcontract management), terminations and disputes. Each choice includes examples showing how an incorrect choice can be made and recommendations on how to avoid making it.
